Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are net per room per night
  • Rates are for single or double occupancy
  • Rates are for room only (no meals)
  • Rates are inclusive of local and federal taxes (VAT)
  • Triple supplement/extra bed (Deluxe Balcony rooms only) @ 300baht per night
  • Children under the age of 10 years sharing the same room & bedding are complimentary
  • All confirmed bookings must be guaranteed/secured with a Visa or MasterCard credit card
  • Payments made by Visa or MasterCard subject to a 3% bank fee
  • No supplement for an overnight friend/joiner
  • Complimentary wifi for registered hotel guests only



Cancellation Policy

Summer Season 1 May - 31 October

  • No charge if cancelled at least 3 days prior to your arrival
  • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival, subject to a 1 night cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged at 100% of the entire stay booked

 

High Season 1 November - 15 December (inclusive) and 15 February - 30 April (inclusive)

  • No charge if cancelled at least 7 days prior to your arrival
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, subject to a 3 night cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charge at 100% of the entire stay booked
  •   

 

Peak Season 15 December - 14 February (inclusive)

  • No charge if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival
  • Cancellations wiithin 14 days of arrival, subject to 100% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged at 100% of the entire stay booked

 

Reduction of room nights

  • No charge if reduction is outside of the season's cancellation deadline policy
  • Reduction of room nights within the season's cancellation deadline, subject to a 25% charge of rate booked per cancelled night

 

Any changes or cancellations to exisitng bookings must be received in writing and submitted via the original booking source.
