We are centrally located in the heart of Patong approximately 120 meters from the beach.

Soi Kebsap is a no-through road to traffic off of the beach road and hence very quite. Bangla Road is a 10 minute stroll and the new Jungceylon shopping center is a 5 minute walk away.

We are surrounded by many local restaurants, great shopping and entertainment spots.

Phuket International Airport is approximately 40kms from Patong. Journey time can take between 40 minutes to 1 hour. Private transfers can be arranged starting at 600baht one way (max 3 people). Metered taxis cost approx 450baht one way, or there is a mini-bus service currently charging 150baht. Please note that the mini-bus service is the cheapest option, but can take up to 90 minutes from the airport and also makes a stop at an 'agency' where travellers are encouraged to book tours and alternative hotel accommodation.
